60 Series-High Pressure Fittings,Nipples and Tubing

Introduction

Hikelok Coned-and-Threaded Connection fittings and tubing. With max 60000psig,a complete range of unions, elbows, tees, and crosses is available for all of the tubing connection sizes. The high and ulta-high pressure series uses Autoclave’s type high pressure connector. This coned and- threaded connection provides dependable performance in gas or liquid service.

  • Operating Temperatures from -423°F (-252°C) to 1200°F (649°C)

  • Working pressure:1/4, 3/8 and 9/16 in: 60000 psi (4136 bar) and 1 in: 43000 psi (2964.7 bar) Fittings and tubing manufactured from 316 cold worked stainless steel

  • Anti-vibration collet gland assembly sizes from 1/4 to 1 in. (6.35 to 25.4 mm)

  • Moving the stress concentration back to the unthreaded part of the tubing and providing a wedge-typegripping action

  • Completely interchangeable with standard Hikelok 60 series medium pressure connections

  • Anti-vibration collet gland assembly strengthens the entire structure
